The rabbit step father of Mr. Gestalt. Papa Cottonballs found Mr. Gestalt as a baby, covered in milky substance, lying next to a burnt skeleton of Mr. Gestalt Senior (his father) in the remnants of a California forest fire. Papa Cottonballs raised and homeschooled Mr. Gestalt until he was old enough to venture back into his natural habitat.
