Lt. Guthrie wasn't really pleased with Anderson, because he feelt that there was something else that Sgt Anderson knew, but just didn't tell him. Does he really think that I'm just an stupid american that can't do anything right?, well I'm gonna prove him wrong, and this is my investigation. He decided to ask Anderson to help him with the trace of this madman Runi, and therefore took him to his office.

"Here is all that we did find at Mr Scoletti's place, nothing much, but there are some interesting threads where I think your knowledge of him could help the investigation forward" Guthrie said and showed Anderson the extract from Runi's diary that he had found yesterday. Anderson went pale for a little while when he read the text, but then he suddenly changed back to normal and said; " This is just what I needed in my investigation of the Tango murders back in Australia, because here I have the witness that would be able to proof my theory of Big Tony as the tango poisoner!"

Lt Guthrie gasped for a second, but then he said; " Are you sure that would do, I mean it's just the notes of an madman, not exactly someone who seems thrustworthy" "Oh yeah, but I'll just have to track down this man and then I'll get him proofed to be an good witness, at least with the help of some psychoanalysis" Anderson said, and at the same time he sought backwards in time in his memories after the name "Runi", and finally he knew; " That man in question served in the army at the same time as I and Tony in the first half of the 90's"

Private Runi and another man, lance corporal Sandiego had been in a group of soldiers that had been the backbone of the Tango Unit, these young soldiers had been made to be totally death defying in battle, and that had meant that they had been abused and threathened to use different kind of drugs... Anderson remembered all still as it could have been yesterday the experiment had failed, some of the men had died and others just got insane, like it seemed to be the case with Runi. I didn't do anything to stop it, but I wasn't in the position to do it, I was just one of the officers in Tango Unit, and I wasn't in charge of that operation.

Then after beeing away in his memories he was awakened by Lt. Guthrie coughing in his fist, and said; "I think there might be some interesting people we should getin touch with, at least we have to get our hands on this man Runi, I think he his surname is Morouse, and then there is an other man, Carlos Sandiego, that could have something to do with the death of Mr Scoletti".

Lt. Guthire picked up his phone and called the central and asked for information about citizens called 'Runi' Morouse and Carlos Sandiego, "Its extremley urgent that you'll get that information as fast as possible", he said before he hanged up.

In the evening Guthrie drove Anderson to his hotel, and returned after that to the station. There was still many unsolved questions, like what had Anderson really done in the army, what was he suppresing and so on. Guthrie decided to call his old friends in the FBI and elsewhere, to get some information about the Tango unit. After some hours the papers began to drop in by fax, and he wasn't really surpised about the contents. All information he could get was an list of men that had served in the unit that excisted no more. There had been 250 men, 6 officers; a captain and five lieutenants and 25 non-commisioned officers, including 10 sergeants, 5 corporals and 10 lance corporals.

The names where in alphabetical order and therefore it didn't take long to find Sgt. Anderson in the papers, Oh, so he has forgot to tell me some rather interesting things Guthrie thought when he read it, I didn't guess that he was one of the officers, Lieutenant Anderson, Robert John born 1965 it reads in the papers...
