Talk:Walk
From PenguinWiki
It's highly debatable whether walking is always calming. Studies have shown that a lot depends on context. For example, walking in a busy city centre street at the height of the January Sales can induce high levels of the stress hormone cortisol, while a stroll in a leafy park can stimulate the pleasure systems of the brain, releasing dopamine - until the inevitable happens, an encounter with dog shit.
Whoa, hey now. NPOV. My mom says I should walk more, as I have a gland problem. Sunlight, back me up on this. Walks were originally invented by the Coca-Cola corporation. I am just stoked to be involed in this project --Lanma 20:09, 1 February 2007 (CST)
