Troy is a man who is in life to have fun. I guess you could call him a bit of a hedonist. He has spent most of his adult life hanging around with Des, his best mate and partner in crime.

The two men together have amassed a small fortune from the sale of illicit items. Ranging from firecrackers to uranium, if the boys can get it, they'll sell it.

Over the last ten years Troy has become one of the worlds foremost suppliers of toxic and poisonous substances to those of dubious mental stability. Like minds I think.

This is probably why The Tango poisoner has organised to meet the two men on an isolated beach in the far north of Australia.
